This is a picture of the Great Salt Lake at sunset about 20 miles west of Salt Lake. I went out there to see a concert and I got this fantastic image.

The Wasatch National Forest is full of these areas where the snow melts creating beautiful water falls. Sometimes they are hard to find but I thought this was a great shot of one amongst the mountains.

I have made my yearly move to my summer home in Snowbird, Utah. Snowbird is about 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. I have been advised by some of my friends that my Salt Lake blogs aren't that interesting so I am going to try something new, an image of the day. Well at least I hope that is what it becomes but it may be an image of every couple of days.
